Inside Manufacturing Sales

Scope of the Role:
The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) is responsible for working closely with the General Manager in regard to day-to-day development and execution of the inside sales strategy at " The Company" to drive revenue and customer growth. The ISR should possess a strong working knowledge of the The Company service proposition and collaborate closely with the GM to establish and promote a customer-focused sales culture within the team. The ISR will utilize customer, product and industry specific knowledge to engage and grow the customer base, as well as assist in coaching and developing sales skill within other team members.
?Increase site sales volume on a consistent basis through existing customer base and new account acquisition
?Coordinate with the General Manager to manage large projects and multi-step opportunities through the Target Report and Salesforce Pipeline
?Provide all elements of customer service including but not limited to:
?Heavy volume of inside & some outside sales solicitation
?Minimum of 35 outbound calls on daily basis
?Computerized order entry
?High level customer problem solving
?Ensure that the "The Company" service proposition is being executed on a daily basis
?Coach and develop sales skill within other team members
?Any other tasks necessary to the functioning of the site as needed
?Understanding of Manufacturing industries with sales experience
?+2 years Inside Sales Experience
prefer Manufacturing experience
?Demonstrate and prove a successful track record in business to business sales
?General computer & data entry proficiency/Salesforce
?BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
In addition to that, they would be able to participate in our Bonus program which currently is paid out quarterly. All bonuses are paid against growth of our entire business and the sales metrics for the site as set forth by corporate.
this is a direct hire opportunity with a base salary of $50,000 plus quarterly bonus and FABULOUS Benefits! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
