Receptionist (Full Time, Week Days - 7:00am to 2:30pm - some weekends and evenings as needed)

Riveredge Hospital is a 210-bed leading psychiatric hospital?dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services and trauma-informed care to children, adolescents and adults. The hospital offers inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and community residential programs. Serves as a Guest Ambassador to visitors to Riveredge. Positively affects customer service to stakeholders through effective switchboard management, lobby milieu management and the smooth implementation of safety protocols.


High School Diploma. Additional coursework preferred.


Bilingual required. Spanish language proficiency in addition to English?required.?


Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-service field using a multi-line switchboard.


Excellent Verbal Communication skills, ability to multi-task in a high stress environment.? Maintain CPI certification.?




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
