We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality audits, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, possess technical skills, and be familiar with FDA regulations.
Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations - Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements - Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products - Identify and resolve any quality issues or deviations from standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions - Maintain accurate documentation of all quality inspection activities - Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications - Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) guidelines to ensure food safety Skills:
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices - Proficiency in conducting quality audits and inspections - Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines - Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from standards - Problem-solving skills to address quality issues effectively - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Researching and responding to customer complaints Report to the QA Manager and provide leadership directly to team Respond to customer complaints or concerns for the specified shift Execute process control audits and recognize deviations Insuring all Tyson FSQA policies and procedures Achieve overall FSQA initiatives, as well as organizational financial goals Administering the job duties for QA hourly personnel on the assigned shift Monitoring the sanitation team and receiving division Lead the effort to manage and maintain updated risk and classification of suppliers Monitoring and maintaining Food/Safety Quality Assurance programs to verify that product specifications are met, communicating with all levels of management, customers, the USDA Maintain and improve on the quality, legality and safety of each product Follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property Managing the microbiological and chemical laboratory activities on the assigned shift Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Ensure that corrective actions to deviation are being completed in a timely manner and as required for BRC, Silliker audits Run chemical analysis for Peroxide Value Developing, implementing, and maintaining the physical records, data and analysis generated by the QA program at direction of QA Manager Develop and post weekly work schedules one week in advance for all Department employees Monitor QA policies and procedures of vendors to ensure consistent and appropriate delivery of goods and services Recommended Skills Fda Food Safety Modernization Act Food Safety Meat Products Quality Assurance Quality Control Quality Management Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
