The Scheduling Coordinator (SC) performs a variety of administrative duties integral to our pediatric practice.
As the face of the practice, this individual has exceptional interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must.
A friendly, positive attitude is required and expected at all times.
Daily duties include:
greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering & making phone calls, and various other administrative tasks.
Dental Experience is not required, but an upbeat and positive attitude is a MUST! We are willing to train the right person! This is a full-time position (35-40 hours/weekly).
You can expect a generous hourly wage, with a set schedule and no evenings and only one Saturday per month (Sept-May).
