We are looking for an individual to grow with our family and work along side our multiple business facilities.
Disclosure - our office space consists of resident small dogs and cats so it is imperative that candidates for this position must be pet lovers - no exception! We are looking for a maintenance/janitorial worker to assist in a variety of duties, we currently have an office space and warehouse and soon to open a new office space and facility next door where time will be spent between both properties.
This position will also be responsible for maintaining grounds including landscape work in summer and fall, lawn mowing, weed wacking using power tools, backpack blower to clean debris on all properties including two rental properties in the area so driving will be required.

Responsibilities:
Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, kitchen, and office spaces Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly Clean up after pet mess Clean and sanitize surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and fixtures Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and buffing Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor Work between both properties as well as rental properties on occasion Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment - Familiarity with floor care procedures such as buffing and waxing - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Note:
